COMPOSITING ARTIST

Work location:
Tokyo

You will:
Be a part of the global team at Juice., working for clients worldwide to create CG/VFX in moving pictures such as short forms, commercials, film, cinematics.

Qualifications:
• capable and confident in Nuke, with a grasp of 2D compositing techniques
• basic understanding of multi-pass and 3D compositing
• ability to do basic tracking and stabilization
• understanding of light, depth of field, distortion and motion blur
• able to work neatly and efficiently with clear comp structure
• basic knowledge of complete post-production process
• ability to cope with tight deadlines
• self-driven, strong team player
• solid level of communication and interpersonal skills
• has an eye for design and aesthetics

Extra points:
• After Effects knowledge
• Shotgun software practical knowledge
• TV commercial-related work experience
• fluent English

We offer flexible working practices on a freelance-based contract.

• basic knowledge of complete post-production process
• ability to cope with tight deadlines
• self-driven, strong team player
• solid level of communication and interpersonal skills
• has an eye for design and aesthetics

Extra points:
• After Effects knowledge
• Shotgun software practical knowledge
• TV commercial-related work experience
• fluent English

<仕事内容>
世界中にクライアントを抱えるJuice.のグローバルなメンバーの一員として、CG/VFXなどの映像制作(CM、映画、MV、TVドラマなど)をして頂きます。

必要要件:
• Nukeを使用し2D素材の合成ができる
• マルチパスレイヤーを使用し、3D素材を合成できる
• 基本的なトラッキングやスタビリゼーションができる
• ライティングや被写界深度、歪み、モーションブラーについての理解がある
• 効率よく整理されたノードツリーを作ることができる
• ポスプロのパイプラインについての基本知識を持っている
• タイトなスケジュールにも対応できる
• 自らに求められていることを理解、実行できるチームプレイヤーである
• リードコンポジターや他のチームメンバーと協調性を持ってコミュニケーションが取れる
• デザインのセンスを持っている

歓迎スキル:
• After Effectsの経験者
• Shotgridの使用経験者
• 映像業界での経験
• 日常会話レベル以上の英語能力

待遇:
試用期間:6ヶ月
雇用形態:フリーランス
勤務時間:11:00~19:00を目安とした裁量労働制
給与:経験・スキルを考慮し、決定(交通費支給)

休暇:
完全週休2日制(土、日)、祝日、年末年始、夏季休暇(2週間)

•CINEMA 4D、Maya、3dsmax、Houdini、Blenderのいずれかのソフトを使い、プレビズ、モデリング、アニメーション、エフェクト制作全般もしくはいずれかができる
•ポスプロのパイプラインについての基本知識を持っている
• タイトなスケジュールにも対応できる
• 自らに求められていることを理解、実行できるチームプレイヤーである
• アートディレクター、リードコンポジターや他のチームメンバーと協調性を持ってコミュニケーションが取れる
•デザインのセンスを持っている

歓迎スキル：
• Unreal Engineの経験者
• Shotgridの使用経験者
• 映像業界での経験
• 日常会話レベル以上の英語能力
